After a prolonged CMBS loan assumption process, Saber Realty Partners acquired a single-tenant office/warehouse facility situated on a very rare large land parcel, located at 5900 Blackwelder in the Culver City Arts District.  Although our intention was to complete a creative office renovation and expansion of the facility, we were able to negotiate and execute a long-term, full-building lease with Keslow Camera shortly after closing escrow. Keslow Camera is a premiere motion picture digital cinema and film camera rental house supplying cameras to major network and cable television shows, feature films, and commercials.  Keslow Camera completed a full building renovation to accommodate their rapidly growing company and took occupancy of the premises in May of 2014.

Vacant upon acquisition, the property was renovated and immediately leased to The Aerospace Corporation on a long-term, absolute net lease. The property was sold in April of 2012 for $11,400,000.
